Where is the Studio?
Our studio is located 14 Hermitage Street, Paddington Works, W2 1BE, next to Paddington basin, a short walk from Paddington and Edgware Road tube stations. Bus routes 7, 23, 27, 36, 46, 2015 and 332 all nearby.
How fit do I need to be?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you. Whether you’re completely new to fitness or a Professional Athlete, we have workouts for you.Our Trainers are on hand to make every exercise harder or easier, depending on your needs!
Do you have lockers?
Yes we do, your belongings will be secure with our electronic keypad access lockers.
Do I need to bring a towel?
Yes please, you will need it! We have RETRA sweat towels available for sale. Please ensure you bring your own shower towel as we don’t have any for sale.
Do you have water?
Water is free! We have a filtered water fountain and have RETRA Chilly Bottles for sale.
What should I wear?
Whatever you’re comfortable in! We recommend gym / fitness clothing and athletic trainers.
Can I park for free?
We’re in London! If you find somewhere, please let us know!
When is last entry?
Our last entry is 30 minutes before closing.

What kind of sessions do you offer?
We offer 30 minute functional circuit style workouts guided by screen based technology and Trainers.
What happens if I'm late for a session?
There is no such thin g as "late". Show up when you want. We're ready when you're ready!
Do you offer corporate group sessions?
Sure! We can do group bookings, get in touch for more info.

Billing
When am I charged?
2 day pass: At point of sale.
Monthly membership: At point of sale and recurring monthly on the date you joined. For example – if you joined on the 5th, you’ll be charged monthly on the 5th ongoing unless you inform us otherwise.
Do you offer discounts for corporate memberships?
Yes we do, please get it touch for more information.
